Please understand that Care Cleaning Agency charge the full amount of your (the client) quote/invoice if we receive less than 48 hours notice when you would like to cancel a clean.

 

All bookings are priced and planned

to a strict time schedule, thus it is

important for our staff to have access to

the location at the time of the booking and no later as this is when your service time starts and will not be altered for any reason at all.

 

In the circumstance of our staff not being able to enter the location of the clean, staff will contact you and wait 15 minutes after the arrival time. If you do not contact our team in those 15 minutes, the clean is automatically cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee (full amount).
